PRICING & FEES

Base Price

  • JPY 50,000 / night
  • Minimum 3 nights (minimum charge: JPY 150,000)

Included (All-Inclusive)

  • Vehicle rental
  • Standard onboard equipment + basic camping/kitchen Gear (see Gear List)
  • English digital guide

Free

  • Additional registered drivers (no fee)

Security Deposit

  • 50% of the total rental charge (minimum JPY 100,000)
  • Collected at booking or pre-handover as specified at checkout.

Late Return Fee

  • 30-minute grace period
  • Then JPY 10,000 per hour (or part thereof)

Fuel Policy (Full-to-Full)

  • Vehicle is provided with a full tank (or documented fuel level at handover).
  • Please return full.
  • If not full, you will be charged:
    • actual fuel cost (estimated from missing level), plus
    • JPY 5,000 refueling service fee.

Severe Cases (Strict)

Smoking, pets, severe contamination, or major damage may result in deposit forfeiture + additional charges up to 1.5× total rental charge, per the Terms.
