Insurance (Important)
The Vehicle is covered by automobile insurance maintained by us for rental operations. Coverage details are governed by the insurance contract and insurer decision.
Typical coverage categories include:
- Third-party bodily injury liability
- Third-party property damage liability
- Personal injury protection
- Vehicle damage coverage (may include a deductible)
Exact limits, exclusions, deductibles, and claim procedures will be provided at handover and/or in your booking confirmation.
Your Responsibilities
- You must follow reporting requirements (police + us) in the event of accident/damage.
- Use by an unregistered driver or prohibited use may void coverage and increase your liability.
Security Deposit Use
Your deposit may be applied to:
- Vehicle/Gear damage and restoration
- missing items
- severe cleaning and odor removal
- late fees, refueling, and other unpaid charges under the Terms
