HANDOVER & RETURN PROCEDURE (In-Person)

Handover (30–60 minutes)

Please arrive on time with:

• Passport

• Valid driver’s license (plus IDP/official translation as required)

• Booking confirmation

We will:

1. verify identity and all registered drivers

2. confirm itinerary and winter readiness (in winter season)

3. confirm payment and deposit status

4. perform a condition walkaround with photo/video

5. provide safety briefing (winter driving, hazards, emergency rules)

6. explain Vehicle operations (power/heating/water/waste) and Gear

7. confirm return time/location and late fees

Return (30–45 minutes)

We will:

1. walkaround with photo/video (same angles)

2. interior condition check (cleanliness/odor/missing Gear)

3. fuel level check (full-to-full)

4. confirm any additional charges (if applicable)
