Where is pickup and return?
Pickup and return take place at a meeting point in the Sapporo area. The exact address is shared after booking confirmation for privacy and security. Learn more →
Can I get to the pickup location by public transportation?
The location is not convenient by public transportation. We recommend arriving by rental car, which you may be able to leave at our location during your rental. Optional New Chitose Airport pickup/return is available for +JPY 30,000.
What documents do I need?
Valid driver's license from your home country, International Driving Permit (IDP), and passport copy. Documents are uploaded securely after availability is confirmed.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, 3 nights minimum.
What outdoor gear is included?
Premium tent, sleeping bags, cots, camp chairs, and table from brands like NANGA, The North Face, and DOD. See all equipment →
Does the van have internet?
Yes, Starlink Mini is included. It works while parked with a clear view of the sky—ideal for campsites. Not available while driving.
What about winter travel?
Rentals are available April–November. The van is winter-ready with FF heating, but the water supply is not available in winter. Winter driving experience is required for early spring or late autumn travel.
What's the fuel policy?
Full-to-full diesel. The van must be returned with a full tank.
What's the security deposit?
Minimum JPY 100,000, refunded within 7–10 business days after return inspection.
Can I contact you during the trip?
