Select your dates (minimum 3 nights) and complete your booking. You'll receive confirmation and pre-trip information via email.

2. In-Person Handover in Sapporo

We meet you in Sapporo for a comprehensive 30–60 minute briefing. We verify your license, conduct a vehicle walkaround, and provide detailed safety protocols and gear instructions.

3. Explore Hokkaido

Everything you need is included—seasonal gear, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and our English digital guide with route recommendations.

4. Return & Inspection

Return to Sapporo for a 30–45 minute inspection. We check the vehicle together and process any final charges.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years old

• Valid International Driving Permit (1949 Geneva) or official Japanese translation

• Minimum 3 nights rental

• Security deposit: 50% of rental (minimum JPY 100,000)

• Base rate: JPY 50,000 per night
