Step 1: Inquiry & Availability
Check availability for your preferred dates and submit an inquiry. We'll respond within 24 hours with confirmation of availability and next steps.
Rental Period: April – November
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Base Rate: JPY 50,000 per night

Once availability is confirmed, you'll upload required documents through a secure link:
• Valid driver's license from your home country
• International Driving Permit (IDP)
• Passport copy
All documents are handled securely and used only for rental verification and insurance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Step 3: Deposit & Payment Confirmation
After document verification, you'll complete your deposit payment to confirm the booking.
Security Deposit: Minimum JPY 100,000 (refunded after return inspection)
Payment: Deposit due at confirmation; balance due before pickup
Your booking is fully confirmed once payment is received.
Step 4: Pickup & Access Details
Pickup Location: Sapporo area meeting point
Exact Address: Shared only after booking confirmation for privacy and security
The pickup location is not convenient by public transportation. We strongly recommend arriving by rental car. You may be able to leave your own rental car at the pickup location during your camper van rental period—please confirm when booking.
Optional Airport Service: New Chitose Airport pickup and return available for +JPY 30,000 by advance request.
Pickup Includes:
• In-person English orientation (approximately 45 minutes)
• Vehicle walkthrough and feature demonstration
• Equipment overview and setup guidance
• Digital guide access
• Emergency contact information
Step 5: Your Rental Period
Travel Hokkaido with everything you need. Refer to your digital guide for equipment details, campsite recommendations, and seasonal tips.
Support: We're available by email and messaging throughout your trip for any questions or assistance.
Step 6: Return Procedure
Return Location: Same as pickup (or New Chitose Airport if arranged)
Return Time: Agreed time window—late returns incur fees
Fuel Policy: Full tank of diesel required
Return Checklist:
• Refuel to full (diesel)
• Remove all personal belongings
• Basic interior tidying (we handle deep cleaning)
• Return all equipment and keys
We'll conduct a brief inspection together, confirm the vehicle condition, and process your security deposit refund within 7–10 business days.
